Help us locate your order

For order inquiries, include your order number and the email used at checkout. For a product issue, describe the problem and include relevant photographs if available. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or payment security codes by email.

Delivery and tracking

Contact us if tracking stops updating, an order is significantly delayed, or a package marked delivered cannot be located. We investigate available shipment information; a delivered scan alone does not automatically end review of your claim.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Request a return for an eligible product within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact service@talqsevia.com with your order number, the item, your reason, and relevant photos or videos where appropriate. After approval, we provide the return warehouse address and instructions. Do not send returns to our registered business address without instructions.

After an approved return is received, inspected, and approved, we initiate the eligible refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation or an address change. We make reasonable efforts to help before fulfillment begins. Cancellation or changes cannot be guaranteed once processing, fulfillment, shipment preparation, or dispatch has started. No cancellation fee is charged for an order successfully canceled before fulfillment. If it cannot be canceled, eligible products remain subject to our return policy.
